Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

The short version: PageKeeper collects no data. Your books and reading history never leave your device.

What we collect

Nothing. PageKeeper has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal information — or any information at all.

Where your data lives

Your books, page logs, reading dates, categories, and stats are stored only in the app's local database on your device. They are included in your normal device backups (iCloud or computer backups), which are managed by Apple under your own Apple account — we have no access to them.

Cover photos

If you take or choose a photo of a book's cover, it is stored only in the app's local database on your device, alongside your other reading data. The camera is used solely for this, only when you tap the button, and photos are never uploaded anywhere.

Widgets

The home screen widget displays your reading progress on your own device. This information is not sent anywhere.

Purchases

The one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. PageKeeper only learns whether Pro is unlocked — never your name, payment details, or Apple account information.

Children

PageKeeper does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated and the change will be noted in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
